CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 23rd June, 2004

Subject:- Anti-Dumping Investigations concerning Imports of Biaxially Oriented Poly Propylene Film (BOPP) originating in or exported from Taiwan, Hongkong, Indonesia, Oman, Singapore and Thailand.

No.21/1/2001-DGAD- The Customs, Excise & Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) in Misc.Order No.06/2004-AD and Final Order No.7-9/04-AD dated 1.4.2004 has given the following direction in para 13 of the said Orders:

 

"-----the rates of anti dumping duty under Notification No.77/2002-Customs dated August 8, 2002 are modified as indicated in the table below:-

    Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 and the orders of CESTAT mentioned above, the Designated Authority hereby makes the following changes in para 14(c )of the Final Finding notified vide Notification No.21/1/2001-DGAD dated 26th June, 2002.
