NOTIFICATION

 

 

CORRIGENDUM

 

New Delhi, the 19^th March 2004

 

 

Subject:        Anti-dumping Investigation into import of Plastic Ophthalmic Lenses from China and Chinese Taipei into India- Amendments to the Final Findings Dated 25^th Feb 2004.

 

No. 14/16/2002-DGAD:-  Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, thereof, the Designated Authority had issued Final Findings vide Notification No 14/16/2002-DGAD dated 25^th February 2004 in the subject antidumping investigation.

 

2.                  The following amendments are hereby effected in the said notification:

 

i)          The expression ‘assessed value’, appearing in page 63, line 6 of the final findings stands replaced by   ‘CIF Value’.

 

ii)         The expression ‘Column 3’ appearing in page 63, line 9 of the final findings stands replaced by ‘column 9’.
