CORRIGENDUM

Sub: Anti-Dumping Investigation concerning imports of certain Rubber Chemicals (MBT, MBTS, and CBS) from People’s Republic of China.
No.14/9/2004-DGAD: Whereas, having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, thereof, the Designated Authority issued the Final Findings vide Notification No 14/9/2004-DGAD dated 6th July, 2005 in the subject anti-dumping investigation, the following corrections are hereby incorporated in para 141 of the said notification:
