Subject:      Initiation of Sunset Review regarding anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of Caustic Soda originating in or exported from Saudi Arabia, Iran, Japan, USA and France.

 

No. 15/29/2004-DGAD.  The Designated Authority, having regard to the Customs Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, hereby makes the following amendment in the Initiation Notification (Sunset Review) notified vide notification no. 15/29/2004-DGAD dated 02.5.2005.

 

In the Initiation Notification No. 15/29/2004-DGAD, dated 02.5.2001, wherever it occurs as China PR, may be read as subject countries.
