NOTIFICATION
Subject: Anti-dumping Investigations concerning imports of Saccharin originating in or exported from China PR.
1. No. 14/27/2004-DGAD:- Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the Initiation Notification vide Notification No 14/27/2004-DGAD dated 4th July 2005 on the subject mentioned above.
2. The Para No.12 under the heading “Period of Investigation” in the said notification is hereby replaced as follows:
Period of investigation for the purpose of investigation is 1st January 2004 to 31st December 2004. The injury investigation period will, however, cover the periods 1st April 2001 - 31st March 2002 to 1st April 2003 – 31st March 2004 and the POI.
