The Secretariat received the following communication from the Permanent Mission of India.

India is in the process of finalizing its proposals for the ongoing negotiations in agriculture. These proposals would, inter alia, cover the areas of market access, domestic support, export competition and food security.

This is to inform you that we hope to submit these proposals for circulation to the Members of the Committee on Agriculture by the middle of January 2001.
