- Vigilance Clearance for various purposes including grant of permission for commercial employment in respect of Group ‘A’ Officers worked/retired from Department of Commerce; Matters pertaining to Vigilance cases, Disciplinary Proceedings having vigilance angle, and complaints against Group ‘A’ officers working in/under Department of Commerce; and officials of CSCS, CSS and CSSS working in Department of Commerce, under the relevant Rules.
- Matters pertaining to complaints, vigilance cases and disciplinary proceedings having vigilance angle against Board Levels Officers of PSUs under Department of Commerce, under the relevant Rules.
- RTI/ Court Cases/ Parliament Questions/ Public Grievances etc. on the above subjects
