Commerce Secretary Level Meeting Between India And Bangladesh Held On 7th -8th February 2018 At Dhaka, Bangladesh

New Delhi, February 12th 2018.

India-Bangladesh bilateral talks, at the level of Commerce Secretary, were held on 7th-8th February 2018 at Dhaka. The Indian delegation was led by Ms. Rita Teaotia, Commerce Secretary and the Bangladesh delegation was headed by Shri Shubhashish Bose, Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Government of Bangladesh.

Statement by India at conclusion of WTO Ministerial Conference

The World Trade Organisation (WTO) Ministerial Conference (MC) ended today in Buenos Aires. Although it ended without a Ministerial Declaration or any substantive outcome, the unanimous view was that it was extremely well-conducted with complete openness and transparency and the process afforded everyone ample opportunity to express their views.
